I received a phone call from someone with a heavy accent who claimed my computer was sending out infected email and I probably had a virus. He wanted access to my computer so that he could fix it for me. He gave me the name of Alex Miller from Universal PC SOlutions with a phone number of 1-800-539-8803. When I told him NO, he hung up. The phone number does not connect to anyone.
