I BOUGHT 2 DVR'S FOR $225 ON 7/18/13. I PAID BY CHECK OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE HE GAVE DISCOUNT VS. CREDIT CARD AT EVEN HIGHER PRICE. THE DEVICES ARRIVED ON 8/15/13. I CALLED TO HAVE THEM ACTIVATED FOR RCN CABLE AND THEY DID NOT WORK. RCN EVEN SENT A TECH TO MY HOUSE BUT COULD NOT GET THEM TO WORK. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND LEFT SEVERAL VOICEMAILS AND SENT EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. I FINALLY SENT THEM BACK WITH TRACKING INFO. THEY RECIEVED THEM BUT STILL DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR VMAILS FOR A REFUND.
