i've read a lot of bad reviews about this company. everyone please be careful and avoid this company. everything was fine with my order. i paced it two days ago and i got the tracking today. this customer service doesn't work you need to contact the first website you brought your goods from overall i'm happy because it got shipped. but do be careful
