I ordered the product free trial but it did not have the information needed to cancel the product. I only had the product for a week before I saw the pending charges in my account for 99.98. I immediately called them on the number posted with the pending charge and canceled the auto shipments and the product. I saw the pending charge fall off the next day and thought it was all done. on 09/03/2013 the 99.98 charge hit my account and has since caused me $238 in over draft fees. I called to get the company to fix the issue and they offered me 60% back or I could ship it to them for a full refund. However since they bankrupted me I did not have the money to return the product. They refused to work with me any other way than the two options offered even after speaking with a supervisor.
