I received product that I never ordered or heard of. The first lot arrived a week ago from belleplex, with a minimal charge for postage and an invoice to say more would be sent regularly and charged for. I had not got around to calling to cancel, when another lot arrived, this time from Luminique. This time I called immediately. They had used my Visa debit card to charge $139.90 for this first lot with more charges on the way as regular shipments were made. When I rang expressing my concern that all my details were being used, they did not seem surprised, but have said they will reverse the charge and cancel any future orders. I will have to wait and see if they do, but either way, it's unethical.
