Put in an order for virtual currency via this company. The rep first asked me to wait a few seconds while tracking down info. I ended up waiting 45 minutes as they gave me multiple run arounds. I was then told that the currency was on backorder and out of stock and they would have it ready within 24 hours. I said that was unacceptable as they first told me they had it in stock.. I then asked for refund. I was then told a refund was impossible. I replied that that was unacceptable and proceeded to paypal to dispute the payment. I am glad I did after having read so many similar experiences. I have since been in contact asking that they provide the agreed upon service and was told they would not as a freeze was placed on payment by paypal. They then said that I had to remove the dispute first... not happening and I will be escalating this claim... watch out definatly fraudulent company.
