As part of a survey promotion, I signed up for the Living Christian cd program. I was not informed that the price, after the trial order, would be $79.95 plus other charges (bringing total to $94.64). I checked my bank account and discovered a charge for $94.64 pending. I called the number listed and was told I had been connected to some kind of "Directory". When I inquired about what that was, the person (Jimmy) on the other end of the phone simply hung up on me. A couple of days later, I received a package via UPS from Living Christian. In the package was another CD and the order details. Living Christian cd $79.95 + Shipping and processing of $7.52 + tax of $7.17 = $94.64. I again checked my bank and the debit for $94.64 had been paid.
My wife called their Customer Service and spoke to Kim, who said she would cancle the program but that I must call for an RMA nmber to ship the product back for a full refund. Today (10/17/2011) I called the Customer Service number and received a message they were having technical problems and to call back later I Googled Living Christian and found their website livingchristian.net, went to that website and received an online message they were out of stock. I just tried their 800-935-5643 Customer Service Number and still received the Technical Problems, Call later message. I went back to their website and received the "Out of Stock" message once again. I think I have been totally ripped-off and will not receive a refund/RMA number or anything!! THis is certainly a scam!!
