I received an automated receipt saying my credit card had been charged $9.47 for membership in YourTrimTrainer. I replied to the email stating that I no longer wished to be a member and wanted to cancel. The email included a "customer service" phone number of 855-978-6683 which does not work. When dialed, you get a message saying the number cannot be completed as dialed. I called another number (866-629-8062)on 9/9 and FINALLY got to speak with someone. I was told that my membership would be cancelled and the recent charges would be reversed. We will see! I will check my credit card statement every month to be sure.
