I am so disgusted by this. I ordered the "free trial" on August 25, 2013 thinking I would get one bottle for $2.95. I got four bottles in the mail 8 days later with a bill inside for $148.95. I got on their website and saw in fine print at the bottom to call within 10 days to cancel your free trial. I called and the phone rang and rang before I was hung up on. I called 3 times and still got the same result. I emailed 2 times and got the exact same reply to both of my messages. I called the next day and finally got in touch with a sales rep. I told her I wanted to cancel my free trial. She then proceeds to say, "Well how bout I offer you max garcinia burn for $120?" I told her no, I want my money refunded and my free trial cancelled. She then proceeds to offer me discounted prices 3 more times. She finally offers it to me for $73 and I told her I suppose that's fine. She tells me my account will be charged for the 73 dollars. Well... got my bank statement a few days ago and saw that I had been charged the full $148.95 and it was a charge from Nutraslim. WTF? After everything I have been through with this, I've just decided to keep their damn product because they are not gettin' any more from me. It is just a SCAM. They are only out to get your money and they could care less about their customers. You can't even get hold of a real person half the time you try to contact them. It makes me sick because now I'm broke til Friday but I really should have paid more attention to what I was doing. They still need to be exposed and shut down. My bf told me of somewhere you can call or go and they will shut down companies if they accumulate more than 3 complaints. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THIS SORRY COMPANY.
