My boyfriend went to jail unexpectedly and I confided in this company to be able to talk to him through the stressful process. The money withdrew from my account immediately. I was told i'd receive a number from the company with a local number for the inmate to call. They called called during business hours and I wasn't able to answer the phone. There is no contact number for this company, you have to email them. I emailed them back on a day I had off and never heard from them. Then they tried to call again during business hours and left a message saying I needed to be by my phone at all times to receive their call.. Like most people, I work for a living! They left a phone number that I called back and it was a personal google number. I left a message on the voicemail and they never responded. This company is a big game of phone tag. I reported them to the better business bureau and they didn't respond to them either but all they can do is report them as a bad company when people search for them. It doesn't get me my money back. I've tried everything to get this matter resolved. I also had my credit card number stolen recently and this company is the only transaction I've ever made not using Paypal. This business needs to be shut down and I need my money back considering I got nothing out of this, just frustration in an already frustrating situation.
