I purchased a dress in Jan. 2013 and returned it due to poor sizing and I asked for a full refund. They agreed to refund me the money prior to me shipping the product back. I sent the product back to them on Feb. 2013 via registered mail. DHgate stated they did not receive the item but when I contacted the US Post office, they opened a complaint and were able to get verification, via a letter, from China post office that the package was delivered. I sent a copy of the letter to DHgate per their request. It is now Sept. 2013 and I still have not received my refund. I have no dress, no $130 refund, and spent $13.17 to return the product. DHgate keeps promising they will refund the money but have not heard back from them since I sent them a copy from Chinese post office that item was delivered. I would NOT recommend DHgate as a business to purchased items from.
