After watching Dr. Oz promote Green Tea, I ordered this product. My account has been charged $9.47 each month without my approval. Each month I receive an email after the fact with a phone number to call if I wished to cancel this service. The phone line(s) are busy all the time. This is a scam.

- I called the number in the electronic receipt and actually spoke to an Andrea today. She said I will be refunded today's charge and there will be no further charges. We'll see.

- I finally got through aswell (calling from NZ) - 2nd time at trying to cancel it. Got a Jaime guy who said "rest assured you will not be charged again", I asked for that in writing but they wont give that. We will see come the 20th if they take it out again ... my bank are disputing it.
