I placed an order on August 22 for a Canon 7D DSLR Camera Body package, complete with a 3 year warranty (upgraded to 5 years, as per a special they were running) and a mini-tripod (also part of the special. The order # was 1205715 and the total was $879.94

I was called to verify my billing information, and then I was told that what I wanted was not available, and instead I had to pay a few hundred dollars more, and I would get the full camera kit, complete with a better warranty, a 5-hour extended batter, and a charger. Throughout the interaction, he dodged questions about what I was actually getting, and what I had actually ordered (in the photo and on the site for what I ordered, it pictured a battery and battery charger, not saying anywhere that you didn’t actually get it with your order). I told him I needed to think about it, and he said I had 20 minutes. I called him back and left a message telling him I wanted to place the order but, as I now realize, these guys absolutely don’t check their voice mails. He called back a few days later and I confirmed the order. I was billed immediately, and I got an email about it. The order # was changed to 91510150, and my new total was $1139.99. On August 25, I received an e-mail saying it had been processed, and then another e-mail saying it was shipped, but I didn’t receive any tracking information.

I spoke to the same representative a week later on Monday September 2, and he said my camera would definitely be delivered by Friday, September 6, which was when I needed it by. He said he’d have the warehouse sent tracking information, but that hasn’t happened yet.

I called them and e-mailed them that Thursday, September 5, to tell them that if my camera wasn’t going to be there in time, I would want my money back immediately. No response.

I still haven’t heard from them since, and the camera has not been delivered. I’m now well past the 10-12 day delivery period. Even if it does show up, I will return it immediately. What is the best way to proceed?
