I have been fighting with these crooks and liars now for over 2 weeks. I have called customer service 3 or 4 times and have been lied to each times. I also fell for the advertisement to try a free bottle for $2.95 shipping and handling. Then days later I received 4 bottles with the receipt thanking me for my payment of $148.95. I checked my account and sure enough I was charged $148.95. I immediately called customer service and was given an RMA # and was told that once they receive the bottles the refund would be back in my account in 5 to 7 days. I sent the 4 bottles back priority mail which they received on August 26th. Every time I call I get a different story about the processing time. It needs to get out to the public that this company is full of crooks and liars.

- Go to the Better Business Bureau's website and file a complaint there. I did today. My boyfriend recommended this to me and said if they get so many complaints then they will be investigated and possibly shut down. My parents also said to file a complaint with the BBB and my mom said next time to always go to them before you buy from a company to see the company's ratings. I just recently started buying things online so I didn't know about this. But I'm hoping to see my money back or at least have Max Garcinia Burn investigated and shut down because they are just a bunch of crooks.

- Update! Complain to the Better Business Bureau. I did yesterday and a few hours later, I noticed that $75 was refunded to my account. When I first called to cancel my free trial, the sales rep kept offering me discounted prices. I finally took the $73 and some cents that was offered, yet they still charged the full 148.95. I filed a complaint with bbb yesterday about max garcinia burn and then a few hours later noticed my bank statement said they refunded the $75 they owed me.
