i paid for a BC birth certificate thinking it was the correct site, paid for express shipping too and no email sent to verify it had gone through, no nothing. emailed through to them and got a bogus email auto reply:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This email was automatically created to inform you that we have received your message. Please be patient. We will respond to your request within 2 to 4 business days depending on the volume of emails we are receiving.

Please note that we do not employ a Call Centre staff. Our customer service department is solely an email correspondence unit.
