I took a survey and was to receive a free gift except for the shipping.I did this on 8/13/2013.I received the product and was charged for the shipping.Sixteen days later a charge appeared on my credit card for $98.37.for this product that was supposed to be free.I have closed my account,but I would like to be reimbursed for it.
Update: 09/16/2013
Both charges have been removed from my account.
