I signed up for the Max Garcinica Burn with the promise of a FREE trial. The only charges were to be for shipping. Needless to say it took them a week and a half to send the pills and when they arrived I was given 4 bottles. The following day, before I could even start the so called "free" trial, my bank account was charged $148.98. Furious, I hurriedly called the number and cancelled and was given some nonsense code to write on the package when I returned the pills for a refund. I didn't even think to purchase a tracking number when I shipped the bottles back to them and it has now been 2 weeks and I've yet to see a return. Any attempts to call them has been futile as hardly anyone within the company speaks clear English. I've been fed nothing but lies about processing times and I am fed up. This company cannot get away with stealing money like this. They must be shut down!!

  • I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau yesterday. A few hours later, I noticed they refunded $75 to my account. It hasn't shown up on my atm card yet but it says it's in my checking account online but the date said the 9th. The dates somehow get mixed up. You really should report them to the bbb. If they get so many complaints then they will be investigated.

  • I did log a complaint with the UT BBB this morning. I called back again & told this company That I filed the complaint & all of a sudden they gave me a cancellation # and said money will be refunded. We'll see. Shipped all products back today via certified mail.

  • Update... The reason the 75 dollars didn't show in my account was because the very next day those (Inappropriate Content Removed) charged me another 65.95! They supposedly refunded my $75 on the 9th but that didn't even matter because they charged me another 65.95 right after they refunded the 75. I was furious when my bank showed me that on Friday. They said that if I called right away they may cancel the transaction because it said pending on the bank's computer. I called as soon as I went out to my car and I was extremely rude. I said, "Yeah, I'd like to know why you guys have been charging unauthorized charges to my debit card without my knowledge. I've been dealing with you crooks for 2 weeks now and I'm fed up." She said hold on just a minute ma'am and put me on hold after she took my information. She came back and said that she already processed the 65.95 but it was a "transaction error" and I'm sorry for the inconvenience and that she just processed me a return and it will take 7-10 days to show in my account. I said "well yeah, how inconvenient for you it is that I just cancelled my card, huh, so you won't be getting another dime out of me. I want my 65.95 back!" I highly doubt I will see that money within ten days. I'm furious. I think it might help if I threaten them and tell them I filed a complaint with the BBB.

  • Update. The BBB forwarded my complaint to them and they refunded my money yesterday. I cancelled my card Friday so now those crooks won't get another dime from me. I learned my lesson. Good things come to those who wait. Don't give up, just keep trying and hopefully you'll get your money back.
