on 29.August I applied for an ESTA through the ESTA site online.
ESTA was approved 2 days later but I was charged 114 USD on my creditcard instead of 14 USD. Only then my suspicion of fraudulent activity was raised.
There must be a way to stop this company using the official looking site of US customer border protection!
Update: 09/17/2013
The really scarry thing is, they now have everything about personal data, so I filed an official complaint with the local police. This ESTAVISAS .org.uk MUST be stopped, the sooner the better.
