I have seen other reports of them not returning money when you cancel your service but they also will not refund money on your account when you are an existing customer. I called several times and the first problem is getting through to a live person. You have to select the option of other services and then you have to hit zero (which is not actually listed as an option). I got transferred multiple times while everyone told me of course they could process my refund but they had to get someone else to handle it. Eventually they just hung up on me. I finally got someone who told me that they couldn't give me a refund under any circumstances. If you sign up with them, DO NOT put extra money on your account and do not expect them to be easy to contact.
