I have never heard of this product, I never ordered anything regarding skin care period yet I received a box in the mail with 3 items I will not use never wanted and NEVER ordered! They supposedly billed my Visa per the packing slip. I tried calling but they close at 4:00 pm pacific time..I was 9 minutes late in calling. Please rectify this and have them trouble me NO MORE!!! Thank you! I will gladly return the product but will NOT pay postage or shipping to send it back and there is no return label with which to affix the bos to return.
Update: 09/18/2013
I called them again this morning and talked with a representative. After waiting for some time both to talk to a live person and to have them pull up my order I finally them to send a credit to my credit card.
