On 9/17/13, I contacted CashPaydayLoans for a $400.00 loan. They told me the minimum loan they offered was $1,000.00. I agreed to that. They required me to send a Green Dot MoneyPak for $125.00 for a processing fee. My representative, Phil Anderson, told me this fee would be refunded at the end of my loan. He told me to wait for an hour and my funds would appear in my account. After an hour and a half, I called him back to ask him about the deposit. He told me there was a problem with my credit report and he'd call me in the morning. This morning, Phil tells me that I need to send $498.00 to TransUnion to "remove a red flag from my account." Then they'd send me a larger loan. I refused and asked them to refund my processing fee. They said they could not do that. I got the name of Phil's supervisor, "Chris Brown." I'm stuck and fear I'm out the $125,00. Feels like a scam.
