I got a new flat to rent so I applied for a loan with loangogo uk. At no time did I authorise any cash from my bank account for any fee to be taken. I was told no fee would be taken. Not even once but twice use have taken £34.99 and on the same day. I have 2 kids so a canna afford that kind of money so I most defo widnae authorise any fee I don't pay to get money and it should be against the law. I want this money refunded to my account ASAP. I am complaining to use as I was asked to do and the date 02/09/2013 so please refund unsubscribe and stop conning people my email (Personal Information Removed)
