I tried to contact them, when I got a rude awakening. He said to call Amazon. I went that way before. I wanted to speak to a live person. I wanted to say, "you shipped the wrong one. I wanted the tablet version". In fact, I tried to contact them 3 weeks ago.
The fact I had to go through a third party is a violation of my privacy.
