It's meant to sell louis vuitton at outlet price. I bought a pair of sunglasses, which were meant to be 56 pounds but I was charged more. The website showed that the delivery is made by DHL and UPS. I thought it's a uk registered company, so it can't be fake. It also promises money back guaranty. As soon as I entered the details of my credit card, the payment was done. I was not even asked for a security code by my bank, which is usually the case. I checked my email and got a receipt of the payment. 2min later I got another email, which said in weird English that I haven't paid, I should pay again. I looked at my online banking and realized that the payment was done. I tried to call the customer service. Nobody picked up the phone. I wrote an email to customer service and asked for a refund of money, as I thought it's a fraud company. Within 1 hour I contacted my bank and wanted to stop the payment. They refused to stop the transaction and told me to contact the dealer. I contacted the dealer via email. I got a reply next day. I have threatened them that I would go to police if they don't give me my money back. They said we have sent your product, which I didn't want to have anymore, because I came to know it will be fake and something I have not ordered. I went to my bank and canceled my credit card as I feared, they are a fraud company. I called up the fraud agents, they told me to wait for 2 weeks. I should call them again if I don't receive the product..Well the people from customer service accepted themselves that they are fraud and produce fake products at low cost. They don't refund the money. I answered, thanks for the statement, this is enough for me to go to police. I didn't expect that I will be sent anything at all..I thought the product will get stuck in customs as I came to know it's a fraud chinese company. Today I got a pair of sunglasses, which look like a toy. Their cost is not more than 1-2 Hong Kong dollars. Something of really cheap and bad quality. I have been charged 64 pounds, for something I didn't want and order. I contacted the customer service and asked for an agreement. I said once I get the product, I will return it. You can refund me the money and I won't go to police. They didn't get back to me, and I received a fake product, to make fun of myself for a foolish transaction.
