I ordered a trial of Lift & Glo and Lift Serum on 28th August and received it on 2nd September. On 16th September, I called and cancelled any further orders, as I didn't think it had any effect. When I mailed to cancel, they said that it was fine and I wouldn't need to pay anymore. Fine. When I got my Credit Card statement on 19th Septeber, 2013, I noticed that on 12th, they had taken 2 x £84.71 for the next supply. When I called, I talked to someone from Florida, who had no idea what I was taking about. After an arguement and approx. 30 mins on the phone, she agreed to refund me £84.71 and I would get a mail with the name and address of the company and when I had to return both the trial containers, then would get the rest of my money back. So far, I have neither received the mail, or have I received my money refunded!!! My advice is DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!!!!
