I recently applied for an esta visa to enter U.S.A with estavisas.org.uk the application failed twice with 2 emails received from the above company regarding failed payments. Now these 2 payments have been taken out of my bank account with no visa accepted. having phoned this company on a number of occasions and numerous messages left they are reluctant to call back. When you call the telephone number provided on their website it will constantly reply in saying all the telephones are busy.
