Received an email link from my daughter in law--decided to try the product, but had to order 5 bottles--figured I could share these with my sister, so no big deal. After my order was processed, I saw that I was opted in for monthly membership in some fitness plan--I called and was able to opt out, but, just in case, I cancelled my credit card, and immediately contacted the customer service number to cancel the order. They offered me a huge discount, which I refused. Found out that this would invalidate my money back guarantee, which should be good for ninety days. When I called for return address, I was told only 30 day guarantee-- also, a restocking fee of $5.95 per bottle will apply. Returning pills by registered mail this weekend, but I'm not optimistic about any refunds...when I spoke to my daughter in law about the pills, she told me that her AOL mail account had been hacked into--she never sent the email to anyone...scary.
