I was purchasing an offer for Pure Garcinia Cambodia, and was under the impression I would be charged $2.95 for shipping. I was to have 3 days from the purchase date (July 29, 2013) to change my mind before being charged, and 21 days to return the product and only be charged shipping. Well within the 21 days I called to return the product (which I had not yet received), and requested to return the product. I knew I needed a return code to verify that I was returning the product but was told I could not return it, instead to keep the product and they would send a request in to their refunds department and I would hear back in 2 weeks time. After several phone calls and e-mails (the number and e-mail address was found on my credit card statement) I was consistently told to wait another 2 weeks, and I would receive an e-mail within 24-48 business hours. A supervisor is never available and even though I was told a request was put in to receive a call back, I have heard nothing. It is now more than a month later and I have not gotten an e-mail or a phone call.
I have spoken to my credit card company and because I still have the product, it's a iffy situation. They confirmed that had I sent the product back I would have no proof of having done so and would be in the same situation anyway. I am still willing to send the product back but am not able to do so.
During my latest phone call with the company I was told that my account would be reviewed by their corporate office. They could not tell me the phone number of the office but did give me an address. Which was not registered to the name they told me was their company name.
