the application ask for a one time fee and stated that the supplies and postage would be paid by the company and fee would be refunded with the 4th week check. They, (William Samuel), instead of sending supplies and postage sent me a "must" return form for another "one time" fee for supplies and informs me that he had sent my first set of supplies for me. How am I to know if that happened!??
