After using Kijiji website, had an official kijiji survey, as a long time user of kijiji want to help them so took the short survey, at the end they give a free gift just pay for the shipment, so I choose the Lorelia aging cream, & paid $2.99 for the shipping of the sample product.

After the payment by visa, Received no confirmation email & nothing to check when the item will arrive& the window just close... didn't worried too much & think it will arrive any way it;s only $2.99
After 3-4 week the item arrived, but few days later I saw on my Visa charge of $104 by Lorelia, so I called Visa & asked what is this charge about & I didn't ordered any more product from the company, the lady told me that I'm not the first to call but i have to call the company & ask them to stop the payments first & ask for refund.

Tried to find the webpage that I used through Kijiji but every thing changed & the Lorelia website changed with different home page.
Called the company, the guy start telling me, I will check your account & club membership & next shipment...
I said that I have no account & didn't asked for any more cream...
He said that they sent me email that I have to return the sample within 2 weeks or they will charge my card and it was on the webpage that I used to pay.. but I'm sure 100% that was nothing there as I'm a very caution buyer & always read the small words & there was nothing & mentioned that it was a free sample for Kijiji survey users.
He argued for 25 minutes that they send me email... told him that I receive no email, so please forward the email that you sent (as your words) with the time stamp...but he said they are sending thousands & can't find it.

Told him the you said in 2 week, but I received the item only 3 days ago, then he said, the Canada post left the package in my box on Aug 30 ... so I told him today it it's Sep 13 so today is the day 14th.. so I tell you that I don;t want the sample & want to returned it & get refund... he refuse saying it's already 15 days & there is no money back

From his words, they are doing every way to ensure that you have no time to return the item & charge you with the $104 any way... and if you are not the guy that checking your visa every week then they might ship another item & charge you another $104.. and the scheme continue.

The only thing that he said, he will delete my name from the next shipment so I don't get the next shipment but no money back... asked for email confirmation about the cancellation.. he said sure you will get emai, but no email till today.

By shipping those "FREE" samples, it's enough to get 1000 household to make over $100,000 fraud.

Please spread the word so no one will get punished with this scheme company & check with Visa why they can't stop the payment & refund to their customers
