I ordered the $4.99 trial size only. Supposedly, there would be a month to evaluate. In about 2 weeks, there was a $74.99 deduction to my checking account. I called and was told this was an error that they would correct overnight. I did not believe them but sure enough, the next day - no refund so I called again. The rep said that they had sent a package with the $74.99 order. I explained that I had not ordered it. He told me I could keep it for $41.00. I again said I didn't want it, for any price. He argued again before he finally said if I returned the package, he would reimburse.

It took several days for the package to be received and returned. It was close to pay day when they took out this unauthorized deduction so 2 of my checks bounced as I thought I had an extra $75 in my account.

I did receive several weeks later, a reimbursement of $69.99. When I complained that the whole amount was not refunded, the very nasty rep said that was for shipping and would not be reimbursed. Terrible customer service and not nice people - very deceptive.

So, I am out $4.99 in shipping charges and $60 in returned check fees.

Very disreptuable company - if their product was any good, they would not need to get their money fraudulently.
