Spoke a $1.00 processing charge for change of address, but charged my card for $29.95. This charge through my account into total disaray and would like to be recompensated for their lack of honesty and disect!

This company should be RED FLAGGED on the web site so people can get a chance to be prepared for the way they rip people off!
