VGMC promisd monthly devident to all the shareholders but all of a sudden they stopped paying dividents.there is no way you can communicate with the company.Board of directors have changed .now for the so called IPO every shareholders will have to travel to london and pay huge sum inorder to get their share certificate( even thats not sure)because we are not dealing with VGMC in london .
