I called the company to ask the services be discontinued because I wasn't getting what I paid for. There were several heated conversations, and finally the person who called to see if we could come to a mutual agreement told me she was going to send me to collections. They automatically debit the payments from my account and I never put a stop payment on it. There was no money due at this time. Today I received a collection notice from a lawyer for $298.00 which had to be paid today or the attorney fees and costs will be added,$149.00 of which they were to take out on the 20th and didn't and the remaining $149.00 isn't due until Oct. 20th. The letter is dated Sept. 18th stating that the amount is outstanding. The total cost for the six months is $894.00.
