I applied for their free 21 day trial of liposlender and cleanse. After 2 weeks I had still not received the products so cancelled the free trial. I was then charged 79.99gbp for one and 79.97gbp for the other. I emailled them with my complaint and they refunded it instantly, so no harm. I was then amazed that 3 months later they then took 87gbp from my bank account. After 2 days of phoning Phoenix and speaking to inept representatives I managed to speak to Britney the manager who informed my that they were unable to do an electronic refund that they would apply to "corporate" and a manual one would be out in 30 days. Its now the 23rd september, 1 month and 15 days since and Dustin Johnson and Von Carlos are as much use as a chocolate teapot and apparently once it goes to this mysterious corporate they cannot do anything. Apparently there are no phones, no direct email or even a person or address that they can give for their super secret head office!!!!!
