International boundaries
They target Spanish speaking women and send unordered merchandise COD. Then call and threaten the woman that if she doesn't go to the post-office and pay the $280 that the her children will lose their medicaid. That is after multiple threats to take her to court over a period of 18 months.
I accompanied her to the post office and found that they had sent a pkg to which they had affixed a label refusing a check (which post office says that they do not do) and the PO gave us info to level a fraud charge.
