I been scammed big time this is Fraud!! I was told by Splendyr and Levela I could try their product for free just pay shipping and handling,
I paid s&h 4.79 each for the two products I would never pay what they say they are taking out of my bank account I'm on a fixed income. Early retirement.
Just got my bank statement and it shows where they are robbing me of my money in my bank account. They just took out $179.90 on Sept 9/2013. My husband called the splendyr company right away and told them not to take out anymore money.
The person he spoke to said they were going to be taking out 89.95 for the splendyr and 89.95 for the Levela each month for 6 months.
I been scamed ripped off this is fraud these people need to be brought to justice they need to be punished for this crime. I'm a sick person I have Illness that is worsened by stress and these people surley made my Illness worse. They stole my food money out of my bank I'm on a fixed income. So now what do I do?
These people need to be stopped and I want to press charges and I need my money back they stole from me. Please get the word out to others so this crime spree of scammers can be stopped.

If there is anyone out there that has been ripped off by the Splendyr and Levela you have to call the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357 to put in your complaint to get your money back. I called today and I had to also report it to the States Attorney's Office I was gave a Ref. No# and they are mailing me a complaint form to fill out. This is the proper way to handle these scammers States Attorney office is 1800-368-8808 Stand up for your rights and your money. These people who steal and scam people need to be caught and threw in jail. And call your bank to change your credit/ debet card so they cant take anymore of your money.
Good luck to all that have been scamed by these thugs!!!
