this company took 68 pound out of my bank when i have not even taken a loan through any of the companys that they suggested!under Section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 it clearly states that a credit broker can charge no more than £5 for their services if you do not enter into a relevant credit agreement within six months of the introduction, i.e. if you do not intend to take out a loan with one of the credit companies they recommended to you. If you have already paid more than £5, the excess must be refunded upon request this company is not doing this they say to send off the cancellation form if you require a refund but it is hard to get hold of these people why should we have to spend more money on writing to these fraudsters when they are clearly breaching the rules i have tryed contacting them all i get is the same email back and you can only contact them through there site but they do not respond to you personally so i have not been able to get any cancellation form through them they have to be stopped someway i have contacted trading standards about them but still i donot think they will be stopped i just want my refund back from this fraudalent company cus im seriously thinking about taking them to a small claims court if they do not respond soon
