Tryed to make my 1st exchange yesterday, with no answer from them. Then again i tryed today, same story, and a chat window pop up, with some guy telling that hes from costumer service. Nothing, after that i sent a complaing to theyr website email, adding 2 screen shots of my transaction, and the answer never came... Anyway, if u have any idea how can i make a complain and were, wasnt a big amount but still, was worked money.
