I filled out a form on their website but didn't follow through with a request to pay, just got out of the site but didn't delete my in info. Shortly after, I received a phone call and agreed to a trial supply for $8.95, presumably for shipping and handling. The package didn't arrive until the second week of September, 2 bottles. As I haven't opened them and have since received a charge on my credit card for $159 US, $172.23 CAD which I have so far refused to pay.
I called last night, waited ages, then finally got to someone who told me I had passed their return date then, when I said I wasn't going to pay the charge, hung up on me.
