I tried this antenna at 3 different houses and it only pulled in a few channels. I called to get a refund and told me I have to pay a 22 percent fee for being over the 30 days? They start the 30 days when u order it,not received it.it showed up probably 2 weeks after I ordered it. A big disappointment and waste of money.also have to pay 14 dollars on shipping.i should have read the reviews.F rating by the BBB.I learned my lesson.I heard other returned it after paying shipping and they still didn't get a refund.BBB should shut them down false advertisement ,and file a lawsuit and give everyone that bought one their money back.
