On August 20th I purchased shipping for a free trial of both "Natural Cleanse" and "Green Lipo Slender" from this company, which should have been two payments of $2.97 (totaling $5.94), however, I was charged three amounts totaling $9.97 ($2.11 + $2.61 +$5.25) which is almost double the amount that I agreed to paying. On August 22nd these three amounts were returned to my account as an adjustment, then three more payments differing by a few cents were charged to my account, an amount of $10.02 in total. It was stated that I should receive my free trial order within 7-10 days, which I did not.

On September 3rd this company charged me $86.46 for my "monthly subscription" to these pills which I was told I would have a chance to cancel after trying the pills if I felt that they are not for me, however, by this time (14 days after my order was placed, 4-7 days after I was told I was going to receive my sample) I had still not received anything and I did not have a chance to try the sample and decide whether or not I wanted to pursue a monthly subscription. On September 5th the amount was again returned as an adjustment, then $86.60 was charged from my account. Then again on September 9th, another $86.14 was charged from my account. By this date, 20 days after I had purchased the free trial, the company had charged me a total of $182.76 (in addition to the money I was being charged from my bank due to the multiple adjustments when I am only allowed a certain amount of transactions per month), and I had STILL not even received my free sample of the product and was beginning to doubt if I ever would.

On September 10th, my first day of university, I attempted to make a purchase for a textbook at my campus book store which was declined due to insufficient funds in my account, which is when I realized that someone had been taking money out of my account and I talked to my bank about what had happened. My bank provided me with the name and phone number of the company that had been taking out my money so I could call them and dispute the charges in order to receive a refund. After talking to the company I was told that I would be rushed another free trial and they would send a refund request to their refund team which I would get an email response from within the next 48 hours. After talking to them I checked my bank statement and realized that another $3.20 had been charged from my account, which I am guessing is for the shipping for the second free trial I was told was going to be sent to me. I assumed this second shipment was a courtesy because of the first free trial that I had not received, there was no mention of being charged again for this second trial. I definitely did not give consent to any more charges and given the option I would have denied the second sample if I was aware.

On September 12, 48 hours after I was told I would receive an email response to my refund request, of course I did not have any emails in my inbox from the company. The same day I called back and was told that my account was still being reviewed, I was told they would put me on a priority list and I would receive an email within another 48 hours. On September 13 I had finally received either my rushed sample or my original sample (24 days after my original purchase) which I guess I should have been somewhat happy about due to the fact that I now know that the company isn't completely bogus, however, by this time I was so angry with the company about this huge hassle they have caused me and all the money they have charged me that I no longer even cared about the sample.

On September 14, 48 hours after my second phone call to the company, I again checked my email inbox and of course I did not have any emails from them. This time I tried emailing their customer service team explaining my situation in hopes to get a better response. I received an automatic response stating that they had received my email and that I would receive a response within 1-3 business days. This day being a Saturday, I allowed until September 19th (4 business days from the date I sent my email, 7 days since my last call to the company) until I checked my email and I had not received a response to my email to customer service, nor had I received an email about my refund request. Once again I called the company and was again told that the refund team had not had a chance to review my request and I would be put on a priority list and would receive an email within 48 hours.

To this day, September 24th, I have still not received any email regarding my refund. It has now been 14 days since the first time I called the company and was told I would receive a response withing 48 hours. I called the company again today and was given the exact same speech as my last 3 calls, however, this time I refused to take that as an answer and after arguing with a representative for a long period of time she finally told me that my refund request had been denied (after she told me multiple times that it had not yet been processed) and that once a request has been denied she could not send out another request and that there is no way for me to get my money back. I mentioned that in the terms and conditions for the product it states that if I return the product unopened within 30 days of purchase I can receive a full refund, she told me no I could not receive a refund because my refund request had already been denied. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told that there was no supervisor on site and that I would receive a phone call when one became available. It has been over 4 hours since then and of course a supervisor has not called me.
