I purchased tickets september 9 for E-download for the rangers game in Arlington, TX on September 28. It has been 3 weeks since than and i have yet to still receive an email other than the confirmation email. Secondly, when i called all i ever get is a circle of the same automated answering system and get no help of reaching an agent.
