Right from the first phone contact with my coach there were problems as they could not hook up with my primary email address so had to use my secondary address.
I was told I had to open an account with ebay, which I did but unfortunately it was with ebay.com and my coach then told my account had to be with ebay.au or ebay.nz. I contacted ebay.com and explained the situation and was told my account would be switched over within 24 hours. This did not happen and subsequent phone calls to ebay.com (and emails) were futile - they could not tell me if ebay.au or ebay.nz even exist as part of their organisation. Certainly a Google search is not helpful either.
Next, my coach told me she could see I had not completed the initial assignments when in fact I had - dont know why this is as the training websit shows me I have completed 3 0f 9 assignments.
My coach did not keep her next appointment and I have not heard from her again despite sending her an email detailing my difficulties with ebay and asking if she could help.
