On September 17 I responded to an offer on Facebook for a free bottle/30 day trial of Garcinia Cambogia for the price of $2.95 to cover shipping and handling. The number of pills was not specified. On 9/21 I received an envelope with four bottles containing 60 capsules each and was charged $148.96. I called the customer service number on 9/23 and was told the system was down because it was being upgraded and they could not address the issue and that someone would call me back. On 9/24 I called them back and spoke to “Rod” (employee number 020385) who told me that my credit card had not been charged that he would reduce the price of the pills that I received to $79. I refused and stated I wanted only the trial at which point he told me I could take the trial number out (first he said a 10 day supply which is 20 capsules then he said 10 capsules) and return the unused portion and that I would be responsible for the postage. None of this is stated on the offer. I am returning the entire package as I do not trust these people.
