I cancelled my service a year ago and they a re still charging me 8 dollars a month.
I submitted a cancellation number to them that their operator gave me and they said they didnt recognize it and that I was still a member as of today.
I recieved a new cancellation number but want my 100 dollars for the last 13 months of membership fees
