I purchased a dress from izidresses, still has tags on dress. Had a death in family was not able to try dress on until 4 days of receiving. I was to small for me in the sleeves and I could not get back zipper to zip as it was too form fitting. The refused to return any email messages or phone attempts I made. Tried their live chat and no one responded or tried to service my call or concerns. The said they don't take back items once it clears the bank and is paid for. Yet , I had to pay for the item before it would ship. I'm out 121.00 for a beautiful dress that will not fit!!!! (Personal Information Removed).,, any help you can give me to recoup my loss would be wonderful!
