I purchased (4) tickets for a DJ show/concert costing $138.00, When we arrived at the venue, we were informed the show was canceled. After writing an email to wantickets.com, I only received a partial refund of $120.00. I wrote an email to their customer service asking why was I only partially refunded, the reply was that: "The service charge fee per ticket is never refundable as stated in our terms of purchase that you agreed to. No matter what the circumstance is, the service charge fee will never be refunded."
This is preposterous, as I have to pay a service fee for nothing, and for someone else's mistakes! It's a rip-off and a scam to charge customers fees when a show is canceled.
