i just asked for the free trial offer which was for 2.99p which i got about 5 days ago, i have just seen my statement which shows a dc transaction for 89pounds, this is not for anything that i.ve ordered, so i need to get my money back, i,ve just instructed my bank to put a stop on the transfers but they say i have got to get in touch with the company, unfortunately i,ve thrown the packaging away so i don,t have the address anymore, please help me, i,m out of work and can,t afford to lose this money as i need it for my dogs vet bills and food etc, please help me i,m desperate, get in touch asap, yours hopefully, (Personal Information Removed)
