I had ordered the product on 9/6/2013. The fine print said you will not be charged if called to cancel with in 10 days and product returned within 30 days. I called the very day i ordered to cancel. I didnt even receive the product for 12 days after ordering. By that time my account had already been charged the full amount. I called the company that evening and spoke to someone. it was about 645pm. He told me his computer wasnt working and to call back in 10-15 mins. i called back at 700pm and they were closed. so I called first thing the next morning. I was told because I didnt return the product within 10 days of ordering is why I had got charged. yet I didnt even receive the product until 12 days after placing my order. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and was told there was not one. I sent the product overnight back to the location.I was told if I did that the money would be refunded within 3 days of receiving it. I have a tracking number saying that the company received it the next day. I called the company today 9/25/2013 and they told me they hadnt received my product. I then told her that I have a tracking number saying that had received it on the 19th of Sept. She then said they will process it and dont worry they will take care of it. I asked her if they had recorded of when my refund would be processed and she said when they received the product. i asked her why just before sher had said they had never received my product. she said that it will be taken care of and not to worry and that she sent it to higher managment to be expedited. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor again and she said there was not one. she then told me to give it 5-7 business days to get my refund and if I didnt get it to call back. this company charged my account without authorization and now will not refund my money.
